what is the best diet food to eat that will fill you up and you wont feel hungry for a while?

would it be meats? thank you guys for your input.

    veggies, celery mainly if your on a low carb diet you can eat some beef jerkey, turkey, cheese, Jello is good as well, stay away from carrots it has a lot of sugar in them. mostly veggies, water, green tea, veggie patties is good.

    I would eat nuts. If I have a handful of brazil nuts and cashews, I will not be hungry for hours. The nuts have lots of the healthy fats and proteins which will leave you feeling full for a long time. If I have seriously about 10 brazil nuts at 2 pm, I will not be hungry for dinner at 6 pm. You might be different. A big key to weight loss is to monitor how you feel. Know when you are hungry and not just bored or socially eating. Also, drinking a lot of water--1 L for every 25 kg of body weight plus 1 L for every hour you sweat each day. If you feel yourself reaching for food, drink a cup of water first. That will fill you up a little and let you eat less. Also, eat slowly. It takes about 15 minutes to feel full. Chew each bite 20 times or so. That will slow you down and allow you to eat fewer calories. Also, adding some exercise will help you lose fat and build muscle, which takes a lot of calories to maintain. Try doing 20 minutes of aerobic exercise each day with weight lifting 3 times a week. Good luck.

    P.S. Start off dinner with a salad. The veggies have a lot of bulk but not a lot of calories and will allow you to eat fewer calories.

    I always have a banana handy. There are some good nutrition bars out too, just watch the calories and the fats. I like Nature Valley, they aren't like candy bars and the combo of the banana and this always fills me up. It all depends upon if you have refrigeration handy or not too, I always like yogurt with some dry cereal in it, or my banana in it. The yogurt is really good bacteria for your stomach too, so you get a double good thing.

    coffee always fill me up so get decafe for diet

    stuff high in protien will help you stay more full longer
