shouldnt be a problem from powerpoint choose file/send to/Mail Recipient(as attachment). This will bring up an email dialog where you simply put the users email address in, the presentation will automatically be attached

This depends what program your using to try attach it, on how you do it. Should be able to attach it like any other file.
