One system I worked with would let you grab back an incorrect e-mail that was sent. Can I do this with Yahoo?

Hey hon! I don't think so, but maybe you should start proof reading your stuff first, and not be so quick with those freckly fingers to press send!

sadly not with yahoo. just keep on typing (look in your outbox or sent folder, or press BACK button) to get your old email and continue it :)

Nope, once you hit send... it's gone. Just send another one with the rest of the email.
