No offense but she sounds like a ***** who puts him before you. You probably should tell her if he is doing inappropriate things behind her back because that is what a best friend does, looks out for her girls. um........i have had the same problem before and the best thing u can do is talk to her about it at leats one more time and if she doesnt beleive you and chooses a guy over u then i would stop being friends with her......but only u can decide that.....all i have to say is good luck.
