What's the best way to deal with someone that keyed the hell outta my car if the law won't do anything?

Someone keyed it on both sides from front to back and the hood. There's camera's watching where it was parked so I'll see who did it soon, but I'm in Malaysia so the cops aren't like to give 2 craps.

Find out who did it, and slash their tires.  Or better yet...get some syrup or molasses, mix it with coca cola, and pour it all over their car.  Make SURE you aren't seen...
