Has anyone had any problem with Craftmatic mattress??
My mattress is starting to sag in the middle, on both sides. The warranty on the mattress is 5 years, and 1 year for rest of the bed. Have had the bed for 14months now. I have contacted Craftmatic and they say that It was sold as one unit, but how can they have a separate warranty for the mattress (5 years) and say that it is 1 unit. Has anyone else had this problem and how did they solve it??
They want me to pay another £133 for call out fee, I am already paying over £2000 for it. The call out fee is for labour and in home repair for the bed, it's the mattress that is the problem not the bed.

Yes, an adjustable bed aids a lot the physically disabled or elderly people. The adjustable beds can be lifted by pressing the pads placed in the bed. You can easily achieve the long sitting position of the person and can engage them in the activities just like watching TV, eating food etc. here ,you can read the articles and take an idea about the adjustable beds.

The mattress unzips. You the can add more padding or whatever to fix the problem. I even put 2 folded blankets under the top pad to firm itup. Good luck.
