Guilty! I do the same, cracker bingeing, I guess. They are low in fat but high in salt. Once in a while won't hurt.

good when compared to a doughnut but not very healthy. there is absolutely zero nutritional value in saltines. the intake of processed carbohydrates should be very limited...
