What did you leave your last job? What you do different/any regrets?would you go back?

NO, never go back because they will not be support you this time. Employers do not like it when someone quits, because they have to train another person to take their place. How do they know that you will not quit again?? What makes you think that they would want you back again??

Why did you leave the first time, was it because of the work or a person? Why don't you like your new job? Is it something about yourself that you are unconformable or is it the job ?

I left because I was overworked and underpaid, which upper management acknowledged but did nothing about as they were trying to cut costs by reducing my raise by half. When I gave notice they then tried to woo me back, offering what they should have given me in the first place. A very short sighted move by them, as they are struggling to fill my position months later. They want me back but it was a horrible stress filled experience, I learned my lesson.

Why does management treat workers so badly? They never learn

Go back if you feel you can, but it won't be better. I would say start fresh elsewhere. Most companies are used to people switching jobs often these days. Just make sure that you have allowed yourself enough time to settle in the new position. No job is perfect. Make sure if you move it is towards something good, not a step backwards.

I left a job two years ago because of disagreements with my supervisor. I left on less than perfect terms, which I do regret, because burning bridges is always a bad choice. On the other hand, going back to a company you've alrready quit is almost always a bad choice. There are millions of companies out there - go find a new one where you'll be happy.

I left a job a couple of months ago doing contract work for a US gov't agency, and I'm so glad I did. I can't remember a job where I was treated as badly. In fact, it made me rethink my whole career path and I am now "following my bliss" and interviewing for jobs in a field I love. Will be a pay cut but it's worth it.

Once I did but I stuck it out and moved forward to a new job instead of going back to the old one.

I left because the managers made their employees feel like crap all the time. Like, if we made one tiny mistake, they'd re-act like we'd burnt down their entire restaurant.

It was entirely too stressful for the type of job that it was. And I would never go back.
