Hi, I'm not sure why you would need a franchise in this field - unlike some businesses, the buyers of language services are most often swayed by price and programme quality plus you can apply for accreditation from the likes of Oxford at any size; there is room for new entrants, especially as a niche market provider. I started a business orientated language programme in Madrid a few years back (contact me if you are interested in the components/brand/approach) and found that the programme (content/accreditation) and your ability to serve the clients was most important.
What area are you looking at running the business? And what involvement are you looking for yourself?
