Hi, for some reason my laptop won't turn on (not even the green lights) with or without battery.?
I think it's the memory or maybe mobo. i was wondering can a laptop turn on without memory or if the memory is broken. Oh it's a dell

Laptops generally can turn on without memory, but you probably won't get far though... All I got was the 'on' light went on, and that's it. Nothing else. The BIOS didn't even load...
