Is this a scam or for real? Willing to share the information or give input ? The ideas are interesting, but......

    If you type "Diet for Idiots" into your browser, you'll find several options. You'll also find "Weight Loss for Idiots", "Fat Loss for Idiots" and "The Idiot Proof Diet". They all seem legitimate and have glowing testimonials. You'll have to check them out and see if it's something that will fit into your particular life style.
