Meterosexual is a term used to describe straight men who are very meticulous about their appearance. They get there eyebrows shaped, are very fashion conscious, get pedicures & always look like they stepped off a GQ photo shoot. BUT they proclaim to be 100% straight. They say that Ryan Seacrest is a Meterosexual.

A person, usually hetero male, who is meticulous about their looks and pretty much willing to spend and amount of time or money that it takes to look perfect.

Heterosexual males that are "pretty boys"--manicures, tweezed brows---unko the ones that haven't "came out the closet"--yet.
