I am older than 50 and my hair is thinning. What I mean by this is the thickness of the individual hairs.?

I found with research and trying different things, that they were both lacking in Vitamin A and E and other oils, also zinc and B6 and B complex . When these 5 or so nutrient capsules were added to their everyday way of eating their hair grew in thicker and easier to manage, and was not as dry, also helped their skin.
