I would rent unlimited miles; you won't have the wear and tear and also it's not your car. Less stress for the trip, that alone is worth some money

Drive my own. If I rent, not only am I paying the $360 for the rental, but according to your calculations paying $360 more for gas, totalling $720.00. A lot of companies will charge you extra if they find out you are taking the car out of state.

did you put in that not only do you have to rent but you have to buy the gas for teh vehicle you rent..... if it is still the same after that...then rent.
