Well these sites won't let you download, but you can watch the episodes online at http://www.tv-links.co.uk/index.html and http://tv.peekvid.com/

Yes, you can use it http://www.favoritetvshow.com/ They have American Idol, Spongebob and pretty much every other show you can think of. There is a sign up fee but its small and a one time thing only. After this, you get unlimited access to full length episodes including full series.

ya u can..
but they have to be a specific format though..
look for the "mp4" format
to put it on ur ipod..click "explore" on ur limewire library..and just drag and drop the videos into your itunes library..
its the same with songs..
