You aren't going to be able to keep them quiet, they know You're in bed, and they want to see you, so your best bet is to get up, give them some veggies, and talk to them for a minute or so, then slip quietly back into bed. It's the I'm up and I want you up syndrome, I had 14 cockatiels, and if I did that, then they would be quiet and let me catch some zzzz's

All birds, except for the occasional night owl (haha) are positively nuts in the morning. I'd dare to say that that the first beam of sunlight is like crack to those birds... it's a chemical thing. Early bird catches the worm, you know.

I would suggest that since you love these birds so much, ask your vet about a glass enclosure (expensive, but MUCH less noise) or where else you could put the birds in the house. That way you can enjoy your mornings without having to be on their schedule.

I cover both my birds at night. They dont usually start making noise until they hear me up. The reason why they are so loud is because birds get happy when the sun comes up. They go to sleep when it is dark and get up when its sunny. They are just greating the day, but it can be loud when you are trying to still sleep. My birds will make a peep if the think they hear me. When I dont respond they contiune to be quiet. My cocatiel likes being covered he starts to throw a fit around 8-9pm to be covered for bed.

in case you propose at break of day, it extremely is common. Cockateils sing to greet the sunlight. you are able to put off their making a music via protecting their cage with a blanket or different fabric which will preclude the sunlight from entering into the cage. in case you propose that he only constantly makes noise all morning long, then he's soliciting for interest. while you're no longer waiting to offer interest at that factor, you're able to try turning on a television for him to visual reveal unit, fairly in case you have "The Animal Planet". you're able to even evaluate getting some nature video clips of birds. this could in many situations save a cockatiel busy, even however he additionally could attempt to call to the different birds. although, you're able to provide your cockateil a minimum of a million to 2 hours of a while on a daily basis! they are very gentle birds , and crave interest and love. in case you do no longer provide him interest he might at last replace into aggressive and unwell tempered, as he feels which you're ignoring him. solid success !

the best thing ill will tell you is when there loud put them all in a bowl or tub fill it up with water up to there feet let them play then wet them.try them up a little bit and put them back in there gage or where ever they was,put a treat in there bowl or gage, apple grape seed peanut, etc and if that doesnt work cover them up.thats what i do but i dont cover my parrot up because he quite downs when i give him a trate.another reason is they probbly dont like each other ,place is to dark,or sences people passing because they dont like a place where they see thing they dont know.

My tiels are used to at least 12 hours of darkness. If I wake up after eight hours they are fine, if I wake up after 10 to 12 hours they want to see the light. My tiels Vito and Marie will definitely say they want to be uncovered. TRY covering them up earlier at night so they get their full 12 hours of rest. My sleep pattern definitely affects my tiels.

If they want to see you, then maybe you could try moving them into your room.
