Where do you look to see what version of Messenger you are running?

A friend received an Update Notice from Yahoo about her Messenger and is not sure if she needs to update.

    From the main yahoo messenger interface, go to Help --> About Yahoo! Messenger and there you will see what version you are running.

    If she got an update, then yep she needs to update
