I always go to ESPN.com
to watch my favorite teams play.
It isn't as graphic but it does the job.
Also it is kind of hard to follow, but I think that might be the only website to show sports events LIVE!
I hope I helped you out. It is also free!!! and you can chat with other people during the game.

Install the free players. best ones are sopcast and ppmate.
The site posts links to live games from lots of countries, especially English Premier League.
There are tutorials on the site too for nubes !
