netscape composer?
i learned to do webpages on composer and have been away from it a few years. now what i see is programs that don't show you the raw html. i want to download a program that is current and up-to-date but will let me build and edit the html. any suggestions?
i also have a rss question i'll ask separately. thanks.

netscape composer was nice! but the world changed! some people design with those horrible layout programs that make really bad html, and make it difficult for you to edit html. There are lots of solutions, but few are right in the browser. To choose which application to use, you have to decide on things like ...
price... some are free
platform... windows? mac? linux? on the web?
any good text editor will help you along with the html
notepad+ on windows or bbedit on mac are kings! and there are so many others!!!!
but there are addins to firefox that will let you edit and save similarly (but not identically) to ol' netscape composer.
good pages are written in html without those horrible cutesy page generators!
