    i would guess a mixture of oxycontin and vodka...

    She doesnt seem to have a care in the world that she is making an *** out of herself...thats the oxy..

    AND she has highs and lows (vodka rage) that make her seem crazy...vodka

    i read somewhere where paula has some type of muscle disorder.and she has to take shots for.so maybe its the medication she was taking at the time.
