20% of the web sites tare not compatible with IE 7.0. In addition, 7.0 appeared to add the “ClearType” (horrible, horrible) font to everything!!! Not just web content but everything on computers…it looked horrendous.
also uninstalling the application is very hard to do... I would stick with Firefox until Microsoft works out all of the bad stuff.
