If you have Challenge TV you can catch the fantastic Takeshi's Castle, which is usually on every weekday as well as the weekend. I usually watch it at 5-6pm if I'm in the flat with nothing to do. If you can look past Craig Charles' annoying commentary about 'piercing their ring', it's pretty damn hilarious. Contestants have to do stuff like sumo wrestling with giant potatoes and sprinting across a river on stepping stones, some of which are fake, leading to missing teeth and ribs. After watching 100+ episodes, I've only ever seen one person actually win.

i have sky and it dont show japanese games, go to youtube.com and type in (silent library) forgot how to spell it but thats a funny jap game show plus there loads other on youtube.
