No, they are not really father and son. Baby, took lil Wayne under his wing when he was young like a son and so they refer to each other as father and son....But as of lately with all the rumors boyfriend and boyfriend....

u mean baby aka birdman. no, he and lil wayne are not father and son. after lil wayne's father was killed when he was 14 or 15, baby took him in as his son. at the same time lil wayne became a part of the group the hot boy$. he needed a father figure in his life so baby became that to him.
