This guy at school likes me and its getting weird he took a picture of me from my friend and carrys it in his wallet and I only talk to him once at a kick back at my home girl house  for like maybe 10 minutes about school  he also is telling avery one that im his girl  like this guy that I like. He also found out That it was my birthday last week and got me a victorias secret gift card with a gucci purse and I did not accept them cause I dont know him. He is not ugly he can get alot of women but he cant get off my back I told him I am not interested and he said I was just playing hard to get.

He sounds creepy... tell him to leave you alone, be firm about it. If he doesn't stop then you should go to your school counselor and tell him/her about the issue.
That is bordering on stalking and is very disturbing. You must stop this before it gets worse. You don't have to deal with this alone though... that is what adults are there for. Get some help with the situation.

If he approaches you again tell him again that 1) you're not interested 2) you don't play hard to get and 3) you don't appreciate his spreading lies about the two of you being in a relationship

He sounds pretty immature to me, but if you think you like him, get to know him a bit.  If you don't just ignore him and he will find a new target soon enough.  Be sure to tell him what bothered you and why and see if he comes around though.

First off how old are you. If your are younger then 16 I would suggest telling your parents or tell him to please just leave you alone and if he doesn't then you need to take it to the next t level like the principal if he is scarring you that bad.
