How can I change the toolbar w/o logging on?
I know how to change it if I'm logged in to Yahoo, but I don't want some of the tabs like personals on my tool bar even when I'm not logged in to yahoo.

You can't change your Personal Options without being signed in to Yahoo!. If you don't want some of the icons to show when you are not logged on, you could hover your mouse cursor over the vertical line between the search box and the Search Web box until it turns into a double ended arrow and left click and hold and drag the search box to the right until those icons disappear. You will have a longer search box.

RIGHT CLICK ANYWHERE IN TOOLBAR SECTION OF THE BROWSER AND MAKE SURE STANDARD BUTTONS IS CHECKER IN POPUP MENU. IT SHOULD BE THERE SELECT IT.
IF YOU USE FIREFOX: ITS THE SAME AS INTERNET EXPLORER, EXCEPT THE OPTION IS CALLED NAVIGATION TOOLBAR. I HOPE THIS HELP:-)
