recipes for flat breads that dont contain wheat or soy or eggs?

Question

am hoping to find some breads from other cultures, like popadums and such.  I am allergic and really miss not having bread in any form.  Thanks in advance for all answers.   The yummiest sounding one gets best answer

u can make bread in ragi flour with yeast, either salt or sweet without eggs.  the method is same as for bread.  even u can add masalas also.
baking also the same way.  with some grated carrots it is superb taste.
