Free Microsoft Excel File Viewer (lets you view but not edit files):

If you need a free program to edit Excel files without buying Excel, try OpenOffice:

You can't, unless you have microsoft excel or other program that can be able to read the excel file

Unless you have a program similar to Excel, you can't. Use a pc that does have Excel!

You can use the windows scheduler START >> ACCESSORIES >> SYSTEM TOOLS click on Scheduled Tasks Once the program opens click on Add Task and follow the wizard. When asked what program to start click on BROWSE and select the spreadsheet you want to open. Continue with the wizard

    Without installing anything:

Email your file to gmail (Guessing you have an account) and in your browser, click the "view" option next to the attachment

You can't unless you have Excel, the file won't be supported if you don't.
