What is a good program for Java if I'm COMPLETELY new to the langauge?
I would also like one that is used alot in a business type environment. I have asked around and came up mostly with Netbeans and Eclipse? which one is easier to use as a beginner?

Go with Netbeans as a beginner. Eclipse is huge and powerful and very good for experts. But it's documentation is horrible. Even moderatly experienced Java programmers have trouble finding their way around with a development team around them with experience.
Netbeans, actively supported by a single entity (Sun), has real documentation to go with it.

Eclipse is definitely the way to go. IBM creates/sells many software development tools using Eclipse as it's base. So if you know Eclipse, which is free, you will have no problem using IBM's software development tools which many businesses are using. One example of IBM's software development tools is Rational Application Developer(RAD).

I have not used Eclipse, but I will say that I learned Java using Net Beans and found it quite easy to use.
Net Beans can be downloaded from http://java.sun.com/
