RealFlight G3 R/C Flight simulator Add-on will not Install?

I have a registered copy of RealFlight G3 installed. When I try to install the "add-ons" Volume one the install wizard works fine up until you type in the RealFlight G3 sticker code number on the CD jewel case... The "Next" button never becomes un-grayed/un-dithered. How do I install the Add-ons volume one

    If you go to Knife Edge Forums and go to Support for G3 there is a post with a serial number you can put in that will work.
