Me and 3 brothers are going to be opening a small franchise fitness gym. This will open in Illinois -- Should we start this under a LLC, Inc, S-Corp? Thanks!

Go to your state government web site and find the secretary of state. See if there are listings for franchises available for sale. You can either buy one or get ideas for what you can do for your own.
