Will the Day of the Lord, come as a thief in the night ?

Absolutely. This is the WORD of GOD, the FATHER of all things. HE will certainly send HIS SON to Judge and we will be bound for Heaven or for HeLL throughout all time. Make certain that each and every one of you spend this weekend inviting someone to come to Church wi9th you and teach whoever you can from HIS WORD. This is HIS expectation. Have a great evening.

There is going to be the wrath of God on those who destroy His creation... But then there is the 1000 yr reign of Christ.

The first resurrection of those redeemed by the blood is before the Reign of Christ. At the next resurrection after the 1000 yr reign of Christ, the heavens and earth will flee from Him who sits on the Throne. Everyone not part of the 1st resurrrection will face God at the Great White Throne Judgement.

Yes, if you are sleeping (spiritually) when He comes, He won't take you but He'll take the person next to you who has been alert and walking with Him diligently. And yes, the bible says, right after the sun grows dark and the moon turns to blood, THEN will they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with power and great glory. We won't see the end of the world. He will rescue us before it is destroyed.

In Europe and asia, yes. Interestingly, in the Book of Mormon, it says that'll happen during the daytime. Of course, as America is on the other side of the planet, that actually makes sense.

A thief comes when no one is watching or waiting or even aware.

Yes. The Bible is telling us that the world will not be expecting Him; thus, His return will be a surprise for those not believing or expecting His return.

i guess, because at that day, most of human will be busy in life and will not be thinking of that day as a fact that will happen. this is why all should be ready by receiving Jesus Christ as a Savior.
