My friend has a Akita X German Shepherd &?

its a puppy of 20 weeks now & my friend has socialised her with people & other dogs/animals, she is a gorgeous dog and not a bit bad tempered BUT the thing is there are a few people in our community that are saying she is a japanese fighting dog & that she is in the dangerous dog catergory...NOW I have downloaded information on both breeds and there is not a single thing to suggest that. What do you think ?

I wouldn't worry about those silly neighbors b/c just b/c I look like Britney Spears (example) doesn't mean that I AM her. Are you following me? As long as the dog is well behaved and well tempered around most people and animals, I wouldn't worry. By the way, she sounds B-E-A-UTIFUL!

Any canine would properly be aggressive if no longer properly experienced. I presently own a German Shepherd and she or he's certainly a excitement. She is so sensible on studying issues, very pleasant on our walks and is only stunning. i ought to attempt getting a German Shepherd again as a puppy that way you could practice it. i'm preparation mine and her only difficulty is even as she is in her crate she cries reason she needs to play with my different canine lol. yet she is tremendous. i have generic those who've owned an Akita and she or he became very territorial yet having reported that she would were experienced that way. good luck.

german shepards were breed for fighting that is were they get thier bad rep. they were used by the germans since the early 1600,s. However your friend is doing things exactly right by socializing the dog.
