Windows Media Player, song saved in library?

When you open a new song or clip in windows media player, and you close out, does the song automatically get saved to the library under now playing? Or does it just close out and get cleared without saving it?

    It will save. You can go to my computer and to my music to see your saved songs and in media player in media library.

    Yes, it should. It's weirs that I happen to be listening to a new song on my windows media player right now...but, it absolutely does save.what i do to make sure it saves is to play it then click on media library to see if it will appear on the library...!

    it should get the details of the song or movie clip off the net (if your connected at the time ) and then save it automatically if unsure make sure you rip from cd or save in some other way
