Shouldn't THE great Sharapova be a bit ASHAMED for loosing The Aussie OPEN like that ???

After declairing in the Beggining of the Match that she has a "SOLID" way of Playing...?

6-1 ; 6-2;...Now isn't that a BIT shameful for Sharapova...

Wasn't THIS a great comeback for Williams?

She didn't loose it. I presume you mean 'lose'! Nope! No need for her to be ashamed. Serena Williams is a great player. She just took some time off and slipped down the rankings. Only the scoreline was surprising. Sharapova had a bad day. Personally, I expected Serena to win, or at least give Sharapova a hard game. Watch this space. Serena will be number one in the not too distant future, and will probably win Wimbledon this year.

Yes I agree it was a great comeback for Williams but Sharapova has no reason for shame she worked really hard to get there. I am truly a # 1 fan of Sharapova. Anyone else would of walked on that stage crying. She walked on there with pride knowing that there is more to come, this is not it, she has no reason to ba ashamed. It is very much like work to her. She had an off day is all.

I didn't see the match, but I don't see why she should be ashamed. Serena Williams is a great athlete and tennis player. Sharapova lost to a great player who was coming back from an injury and is apparently fully recovered, not some unknown nobody. Even if Sharapova had a bad day, I'm sure she was trying her best.

Couldn't help noticing the the comentator kept saying how fantastic williams was playing, but although she did play fairly well Sharapova gave her so many points, just with the number of double faults, awful shots into the net when she had the whole court to aim for. It was almost like she had just started playing and nerves got the better of her,

NAH. She lost to the great Serena WIlliams. And it's not like she lost to Anna Kournikova (no offense 2 her tho).

Forget it! I believe she has learned a lot from the match.

Expect her to beat anyone else the next time.
