Sleep walking or sleep talking?

Both unfortunately! When I was younger sleepwalking was something very common. Couple times a week I would wake up in the middle of the kitchen,sometimes opening the door heading for the basement...Other things too embarassing to talk about in here.

My mom said I was creepy at the time because my I had bloodshot eyes! She would talk me smoothly into going to bed and fortunately I would. I don't think I do that anymore other than getting up for cookies at nite!LOL

But I still talk in my sleep and some girlfriends heard some secrets through it (crushes on other chicks)LOL .How embarassing when you wake up!Also my sister once heard me talk in German, which I don't know a single word about! She took courses and recognized full sentences sometimes .Other languages that seemed like alien dialects too! How surprising coming from a guy like me!...

Sleep talking.

Yes, I have heard and witness both sleep walking and sleep talking. My children do it. Now I just make sure that they are near me at night so that I can keep an eye on them in case them sleep walk.

I moan in my sleep , and I sleep with my eyes open. I had a friend who walked in her sleep, she'd get up, walk downstairs, call someone, hang up and go back to bed. The next day she wouldnt remember any of it.

I used to sleep walk as a kid, apparently I would walk downstairs around my living room table then mutter stuff and walk back up stairs again, I wished someone could have filmed it I would have liked to see it.

I just sleep laugh these days but I used to do all of the above.
