bird id? blue bird with orange breast w/ some white to it?

hi i seen a very pretty bird in my yard here in Arkansas and was wondering if anyone knew what it was. Its mostly blue when it flies you see the beautiful blue wings and it has an orange rusty colored breast with some white to it also, anyone know what it could be ?

    I would guess that the bird you saw was an Eastern Bluebird. This website (http://www.birds.cornell.edu/AllAboutBirds/BirdGui... will give you quite a bit of information about the Eastern Bluebird. Happy birding!!!!!!!!

    Yes, I agree....Eastern Bluebird. The males are much more brilliant blue than the females. We out here in California get their western counterpart....the Western Bluebird. Very pretty birds, especially the males in the spring!
