why we consider one year to have a birth day?

where in fact, we were conceived and gave birth to between 7 or approximately 9 months?

im just wondering, could it be that 12 months in a year were mistakenly designed or created?

Birthday is really the anniversary of your birth. anniversary is from the word annual = one year.

Winter doesn't come every 9 months -- the calendar year is based upon the completion of all the seasons and starting a new cycle of four more seasons. Astronomers base their measurement on the completion of one revolution of the earth around the sun. If you are 17 the earth has traveled around the sun 17 times since you were born.

Birthday, is day of birth, not day of conception.

So every year on the date that a person was born, they celebrate the birth-day
