why buy ringtones when you can make your own on your pc and transfer to phone via bluetooth?

Update:

wal-mart sells a bluetooth adapter for the pc that works with any bluetooth device then download the software for your model phone from the internet and play around with it

    Some cell phones have the ability to use usb or bluetooth transfers disabled(about any verizon razr, how can they market vcast if you can upload your own ringtone for free). There are ways to reenable transfers, but doing so will likely void the warrantee if verizon finds the edit.

    I can do this easily with my US Cellular V3C, they didn't block anything

    If i'm no longer incorrect... you only turn your bluetooth on on your cellular... you ought to enable the blue tooth. The bluetooth looks for different bluetooth chips and connects...     That would work for someone who had a PC and a bluetooth phone. But not everyone has a bluetooth phone.
