How do I file an employees' complaint of massive discrimination at work,?
Please answer if you know the government agency. Lawyers are ok too. I just want to know where to file my complaint... and where it will be prosecuted.

ACLU is a start and they can get you in touch with a lawyer or someone to speak with. If you are online go to their website for local offices.
Massive discrimination in these modern day job environments are few and far between though. Your best bet is to see if your job has a human resources department/ legal department and pursue action there first usually on an individual level.
If they fail to assist you then first of all you will have a pretty good idea of how any court action will take place as most of them are hired by an outside company or atleast regulated by such. and are held to certain industry standards. Any and all correspondence you have with them should be documented from this point forward if you have not done so already. Proving massice discrimination is as i said earlier very hard to do. You may though after interacting with HR find a lawyer who will be willing to take the case if you have all your documentation and usually when a case is taken at an individual level by a lawyer you have a much better chance of at least receiving a settlement from the company. I also advise you to cut off all communication with employees and manegement and not even discuss this with anyone you know has ties to the company too easily statements made to friends can be used and misconstrued in favor of the company.

Try the bulletin board in the break room, but before you file a lawsuit you need to sit down with Human Resources and discuss it. It will most likely be prosecuted in the local of the business and the burden of proof is on you. When you say massive do you mean a class action suit by everyone or are you talking about discrimination only against you? These are questions the agencies and attorneys will ask you when they consider your greivance. However unless you try to sit down and resolve this issue with someone in the company first it is highly unlikely that you will be taken seriously by anyone outside of it.

First massive is not a form of discrimination, it has to be sexual, racial or some protected class of people.
Next has a complaint been made for the company to stop it. they have to be notified and told
Then if they continue, you file a complaint with the state EEOC department. They will investigate and the first thing they do is try and work out the problem and determine if there are grounds to procede.

Employers should be allowed to discriminate against anyone they wish. They are writing the check and paying all the bills. Race and gender should not be discriminated against, but being a whiner or complainer or not doing what you are told I am all for discriminating against poor workers. I am a former business owner and having employees is the worst part of running a business.

if it is really bad, go to the department of Labor, but OSHA is more health and safety and not really discrimination. There is legal Aid in every town who can direct you to a specific section of the law depending on what type of discrimination it is.
