I like him, but the question is does he like me?

Question

Met this guy at friends party, at beginning we were both chilled playing drinking games with everyone.. After enough booze every1 was all comfortable and social.. we took pics and we started chatting about his x-girl.. he said even though she's not a pretty face he really likes her, n if he could he would marry her..  But i seem to like him, he was with me almost the whole night just chatting n stuff.. offering me his towel after a swim etc. Does he like me or should i just forget it?

I like everyones opinion, and i totally agree with them, but lets think about it the other way:
may be He is attracted to you and he wants to show you that he is faithfull to his girlfriends, even when he is dating another girl he is talking about his Girlfriend. so it can have the meaning that LOOK DARLING IF YOU BECOME MY GIRL i WOULD NEVER DUMP YOU, EVEN WHEN I'M DATING OTHERS I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU. you know what i'm saying, huh ?

I mean his Ex is gone it's your time now , you should only be nice to him and make him like you more than his ugly EX.

IGNORE HIM...  general rule of thumb, any guy who is STUPID enough to bring up an EX on the first date / first time chatting etc, is not worth your time, and he is definately not over his ex...  ESPECIALLY if it's during the first night that he met you...  

do yourself a favor and forget about the guy, at least until he's over his ex...  you don't want to end up as his rebound...  if u don't have a problem with that though, then by all means, continue...
