can the 7 series use dx10?
i know the 8 series will...but will the 7's (i have 2x7600GT)

no, as of now the only cards that support dx10 are the 8800 series. As of right now ATI doens't even have a dx10 solution released(although the R600 will shortly fix that). It really sucks, I have a pair of 7800GTXs and not sure what to do.

No. They will still be able to use Vista but via a Direct X 9 interface. The Direct X 10 interface would be fast/better.
