What nice place can me and my husband stay for Apr 6-8, 2007 (1-4 hours away from Manila)?

I would strongly recommend the new Hotel Pontefino in Batangas. It's only 2 hours from manila (say coming from makati/airport) and the location is ideal..you have a lot of beach destinations from the hotel. They also have a nice swimming pool and great dining.

For the budget, see if you can get a discounted price for an earlier booking, just try cause April is really a "peak month"

you can go to laguna or cavite. san pablo city in laguna offers a lot for a 2k budget, also calamba but with that kind of budget, you should not expect touristy sights in calamba.. nature tripping or hikes and mudspring resorts can be the next best option. you can search the complete list of resorts or hotels with quoted room rates in yahoo. cavite is also a good place to go to. by the way hotel rates and tariffs vary from time to time so it is not wise to dispose info and reliabiity, better for you to search the complete list and inquire by phone.

After 9+a million=10 there might desire to be an entire end, not an area and a comma. There might desire to be a capital letter for 'attempt' and no question mark on the tip simply by fact it is not a question.

Go to Angeles City...your husband will love it. (Fields av.) But, before you leave Manila, be sure to visit the war cemetery. It is something you will never forget. I promise you that.

Yeah Subic Bay you can go to Miracle beach nice corals and lots of fish, it's inside Naval mag. and nice jungle also......

I saw the traffic there. You can't go anywhere in 1-4 hours. Just stay at Casa Blanca on Adriatico St. Its a five star hotel with many animal guests.
