I paid this company and got a receipt. The service that I paid for was not delivered. They kept saying that they will refund me but it's now September and I paid them last June. It's been 3 months now. I follow-up every week. Need help, what case can I file against this company?

I plan to go watch the F1 Sinopec Chinese Grand Prix on October 2007.

1. Are these hotels/hostels near the area? Please give the names.

2. My budget is less than US$40 per night. Are there nice accomodations within this range?

3. After watching from Oct 5-7, I plan to tour Shanghai from Oct 8-9. What cheap hotel/hostel is ideal for touring (accessible and near tourist places)?

4. If I'm not Chinese, will it be hard to ride the trains and learn how to commute?

5. What are must see or must do in Shanghai?

I am coming for a visit on October. Please give specific examples like how much is a hamburger meal in McDonalds or how much is dimsum in a regular restaurant. Please do not include hotel restaurant prices and high-end places. Please just provide regular diners or average restaurants or foodplace. Thanks :)

The last time we had a full tank, we did not encounter this. But before this one, the gas overflowed? Is there a possible cause of this? This morning, the car's engine was not running, parked at the garage, there were drops of gas from somewhere, which flowed to the rear tire. And smell of gas.

I asked the gas station to check the car but said they cannot trace it since the gas already evaporated.

Know any way to check where the leak is? Thanks for your serious answers :)
