Why doesn't that work? I tried alt 3 and so on for those cute hearts and music notes and nothing happens.?

    Did you hold the Alt down

    while pressing the 3,

    then release Alt

    and it appears.?

    That one doesnt work, try typing & hearts ; without the spaces
