Friend problems...?

One of my friends has a bad habit of whenever we tell her who we like, she hits on them, and calls them alll the time. Then we get mad, then she gets mad(cuz we're mad) and even when everythings fine at lunch, and we all talk normally...she still emails us saying she's crying and she sorry but she doesn't understand why we're mad and she thinks we're over-reacting...We know we should stop telling who we like but when we do that, she throws a tempertantrum.

this is the 3rd time she's done this

    if she was a freind then she wouldn't do that
