Is the old diesel fuel still on the market?

Is the old diesel still available at gas pumps, or is all the diesel the Ultra Low Sulfer Diesel?

    As of Oct 1st 2006 all on road diesel was supposed to be USLD.

    Of course there is no diesel fule at the gas pumps. And in the diesel pumps you will find only what is now federally mandated, the ultra low suler type.

    They claim the new fuel can be used on the older vehicles, but see http://www.alaskajournal.com/stories/031906/hom_20...

    The old diesel is still made and can only be used for off-road equipment.

    don't forget about bio-diesel, It is becoming more and more available ----so much cleaner for the environment and smells great! older Dodge trucks run on it with no modifications,and it has better lubricating for your engine.
