Radio 2 were playing Linkin Park one morning last week.?
Wow, that makes me feel really old. I'm 31 (OK, so I am approaching their target audience anyway) and love Linkin Park. I was so surprised to hear them playing that sort of music. I always associated R2 with 60's/70's/80's music. Has anyone else heard music on R2 that they wouldn't expect?

Terry Wogan played the last Muse single (can't remember the title, something about Black Holes and Revelations) quite a lot.

Actually Radio 2 don't just play old songs that were in the 80s, they play a lot of relaxing slow music for instance they play James Blunt, James Morrison, R.E.M and other artists like that.

Radio 2 is the new Radio 1. Remember, all us baby boomers were in our teens on September 1st 1967 when Radio started and we love our music. Radio 2 playlist is on the web site. Cool!
