who chooses to be single and why?

I do! because it is just so much easier. no obligation to anybody! Dont ahve to explain where u been and who u did it with. Dont have to worry about your getting your heart broken b/c there's no vulnerability! Single life is the best!

I don't think you choose as much as you're forced to be single because of circumstance. It's very easy to become disillusioned with dating, & having your heart broken a few times doesn't help either. In the end it's just easier to be single.

I do. I don't need a relationship for anything. I want to focus on my career and my friends without that sort of distraction. Besides, the prospect of romantic love freaks me out.

I choose to stay away form the "Fake Ones". And it's pretty-much, anyone that's alone, these days.

I do because my ex paid no attention to me and was "at work" all day........ and we never,ever talk! I hated it!! so I brokeup w/ him!

P.S. I was only 13 and he was 18 soo yea......... I kinda miss him though when he wasn't at work he was with me or his friends and he was always sweet!!! but that was besides the point there where many other reasons.........

people who have been really hurt in the past and unless they see alarm bells ringin when they meet someone they wont take the risk of it happening again. their also people who just arent the monogamous type.
