Nikon Coolpix E7900 Shutter Speed?

How do I manually adjust the shutter speed of Nikon Coolpix E7900 digital camera?

Update:

I want to set the shutter speed to a low one like 4 sec or 6 sec. Can this be done manually on this?

    Hi. You can't as it lack the shutter priority mode. The best you can do is to use the flash (best mode is auto for your 7900).

    Then the light that goes into the camera will be sufficient for the camera to trigger a fast shutter speed.

    I guessed you are asking this student as the shutter is too slow in low light and your handshake will result in blur pictures right.
