Does Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance REALLY look Like Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins???

Question

Someone told me that Gerard Way having short blonde hair he looks like Billy Corgan. (the smashing pumkins and My Chemical Romance totally rock but im just saying Billy Corgan aint hot but gerard is!!! lol.) what do you think?

Gerard kind of looks like Billy, in a very offhand way.

Unfortunately for gerard, there's not much of a comparison to be had outside of looks. He's not nearly as musically talented as Corgan, to be brutally honest. When he comes up with something that can rival 1979, Cherub Rock, Disarm or Bullet With Butterfly Wings, then I'll concede.
